The Service allows users to report potholes and upload relevant images and information. By using the Service, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Any content found in violation of these rules may be removed without notice. The user responsible for the uploaded content may be permanently banned from the Service.
Users may report content that violates these Terms. The Khadda team will review such reports and take appropriate action. The Khadda team’s decision on any report or violation is final and binding.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt its functionality, reverse-engineer any part of it, or use it for purposes other than reporting potholes and related civic issues.
Khadda reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms the platform or its users.
Khadda may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
